Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

  • Contact person for new business.
  • Focus on new business and strategic alignment of customer activities.
  • Independent acquisition of new projects and orders, taking into account the sales strategy.
  • Building networks.
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies in coordination with the sales manager for defined clientele.
  • Full takeover of contract and change management for the defined customer groups.
  • Maintaining existing business relationships on a global basis and expanding business relationships.
  • Observation and analysis of the market and (potential) customers with regard to market position and new technologies.
  • Complete preparation and submission of new offers or change offers.
  • Strategy development for the annual price negotiations in coordination with the sales manager.
  • Supporting the calculators in the calculation of new prices.
  • Conducting annual price talks together with the sales manager.
  • Organisation as well as preparation and follow-up of required meetings in cooperation with project management.

Unser Anforderungsprofil:

  • Completed training in the technical and/or commercial field.
  • Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering desirable.
  • Experience in automotive manufacturing and sales; Strong expertise in the injection molding field.
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung. / High customer and service orientation.
  • High flexibility with changing topics as well as a pronounced willingness to change with regard to new topics.
  • Independent working style as well as a knack for bringing together different opinions and points of view.
  • A high affinity for solving new, unknown challenges.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including group presentation for large and small groups made up of project teams, management, and customers
  • International and local travel is required.
